The Quality Assurance (QA) Intern for Technology plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of the company's products and technological solutions. Working closely with the development team, the intern will be responsible for carrying out tests, identifying and reporting defects, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality software.
Your typical working day will include:
- Test execution: Perform manual and/or automatic testing at various stages of the development cycle to ensure software quality.
- Identify and document test scenarios, use cases and acceptance criteria.
- Defect Detection and Reporting: Identify and report defects found during testing in a clear and detailed manner. Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and resolve identified problems.
- Test Automation: Actively participate in test automation whenever possible, using appropriate tools.
- Work on developing and maintaining test automation scripts.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, business analysts and other team members to ensure a complete understanding of requirements and functionality.
What you need:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Basic knowledge of software testing methods and techniques.
